Troubleshooting We can usually fix your problem, whether it is slow performance, a computer virus or a hardware fault. We will always explain to you what we have done and how you can avoid the problem in the future.

Hand holding We can help to familiarize you with your system and show you how to use popular software such as Microsoft Office. Mike is an experienced teacher and lecturer.

Web design and development We will design and build your website, using the latest web standards. We don't use templates, so all designs are original and built to match your requirements and, if applicable, company logo and identity. We can develop a simple page or a dynamic site with database back-end and online shopping if needed. We can arrange web hosting and submit your site to search engines.

On-site service We will usually be able to sort out your problem on-site in one visit. We will advise if we feel it is necessary to take your computer away to our workshop, and will return it as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours. If a new part needs ordering we will return to install it as soon as possible.
